SELLING HOUSE -  I would be happy to visit with you to discuss what your house is worth on today’s real estate market.  Best of all, this visit and also the consultation are FREE, and you are under no obligation.  As a sellers agent my responsibility to you is make sure to put your house on the market and I can sell it in a short period time.  As we all know selling houses in South San Diego County  still going up.  This will include providing you a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)  in your neighborhood.  This will let you know how much are the houses in a comparative price that are currently  for sale within your area and this will help you to price your house before putting it on the market.  I will conduct an open house as you wish.  Lastly, you will receive a weekly update through e-mail or phone call until your house is sold. 

PURCHASING YOUR DREAM HOUSE - as your buying agent I will provide you a list of houses within your requested price range and to ensure you will get the loan that fit your budget for your monthly payment.  As your agent I will show you the houses that you want to see from the list that I provided.  I also have a relocation program anywhere in United States.
